At The Wellness Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received

Be in its original packaging

Include any tags, seals, or labels (where applicable)

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@thewellnessshop.eu with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale or clearance items may also be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return the item within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed health, wellness, skincare, or personal care products once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
